Boomerang Enterprises

Boomerang Recycling is a new social enterprise recycling project based in Ballyvolane, Cork that deconstructs post-consumer mattresses in order to divert for re-use and/or recycling.

The main aim of the project is to encourage the diversion of bulky goods from landfill and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner. Boomerang provides local employment for a Project Manager and for a minimum of 6 TUS Scheme Workers.
Boomerang also provides for the up-skilling and training of its employees, while researching means to re-use and recycle fabrics.

Bounce Back Recycling

Bounce Back Recycling

Bounce Back Recycling (BBR) was established in 2017 in Galway to create a viable solution for problematic bulky goods. BBR is a recycling company whose aim is to divert as much mattresses & furniture away from landfill as possible. We provide a quality service for companies, councils & householders to recycle their unwanted waste rather than send it to landfill. We already work with a number of local authorities, householders and many retail outlets to improve the recycling rates across the country.
