Creative Spark

Creative Spark

Creative Spark, centre for creativity and innovation, launched in October 2012 with the goal of providing dedicated creative training and workspace facilities for new and established enterprises in County Louth – a place to work and a place to learn. Creative Spark was conceived with a clear focus on the development of the creative and innovative enterprise sector in this region and the use of creative practice to promote social engagement.

Creative Spark provides a dedicated training and workspace facility in Dundalk. We welcome and support new and established businesses operating within the creative industries, innovation, technology, and sustainable energy sectors.

Providing dedicated training and ‘learning lab’ facilities and affordable workspace, Creative Spark offers an environment where innovation and creativity can flourish. Networking, peer-to-peer exchange and connectivity are a daily reality for the business community working, learning and meeting in the centre.

Far and Wild

Far & Wild is part of a worldwide movement of leading outdoor organizations developing the frontiers of environmental learning.

What does that mean for us, based in the North West of Ireland? Here, the clues to our survival as a species are literally under our feet- in the rivers, rocks, stories and people that visitors discover through outdoor adventure. Our ancient values and traditions address the changes needed to  support our planet long-term. Our outdoor instructors and ecologists expose you to what has always been indigenous to our culture- respect for nature, our ancestors and living sustainably yesterday, tomorrow and today.

Local guides showing you what it’s like to live in the Liberties

All cities have a heart. That heart is not just a place. It’s a story. It’s a community. It’s a web of hidden secrets.

In Our Shoes Tours takes you right to that heart. It invites you to uncover those secrets. To understand its community. Local guides will lead you off the beaten track, through local history and folklore, by landmarks famous and hidden, through high streets and back lanes – right to the heart of The Liberties, the heart of Dublin.

Let us guide you though the hidden city that only the locals know through this one-of-a-kind, authentic and fun experience.

In Our Shoes Walking Tours is a special social enterprise initiative of Robert Emmet Community Development Project.
