The Urban Co-op is an award winning social enterprise
in Limerick with a health and wellbeing focus. We believe in creating
community, protecting health and the environment. It’s for people who want
access to sustainable local and organic produce and value those who help bring it to our tables. Open 7 days we offer a range of certified
organic fruit, vegetables, dairy, breads, meats and wholefoods. We also host
food and craft fairs to showcase innovative suppliers on their business
journey. The grocery is complemented by therapy room rentals facilitating the
throughput of holistic health practitioners who are co-operating together with us to build a
supportive community health enhancing environment. We believe in the power of
community!
