Every month we share the latest price list, from which you can select any items you would like to purchase. A small administration fee is added and the money taken is used to pay for the running costs of our business. A detailed list of all monies taken by Symbi and how they are being used is available on our transparency page.
There is no minimum amount of money that you have to spend and there is no membership fee; you are a member as soon as you start making regular purchases. Nobody is obliged to commit any amount of time, energy and certainly not money to the business of Symbi, but we encourage you to take part because the greater the number of members we are, the larger the discounts we can negotiate
Once a month we make a wholesale purchase, which is delivered to one of our member’s houses (currently in Glasnevin). There it is divided up into each member order and made available for collection.
If you cannot get to Glasnevin to collect your order, we may be able to use our membership’s network to send it to another member household who lives closer to you.
