students; this workshop is available to the students from anywhere, for
10 months.

·       Mind How You Go 3^rd lvl – mental health life skills workshop students in third level and beyond;
this workshop is available to the students from anywhere, for 10 months.

·       Employee Wellbeing Webinar – a workplace webinar supporting better mental health and wellbeing for staff: mindfulness, stress and
anxiety reduction, self-care and more.

·       Manager/Leader Webinar –a webinar aimed at supporting managers with crisis/safe communication and
self-care to avoid burn-out.

are available locally in Galway and Mayo and also include Play and Art Therapy.
