The Community Centre and the Glengad Community Association promotes and operate a community development programme, which focuses as a catalyst for community development for the community at Glengad, Malin, in the County of Donegal, and surrounding areas, with a view to promoting their economic and cultural welfare and particularly to empower specific disadvantaged groups to effectively participate in a programme of personal and social development.
